Postcards
The Mountain Paws Sled Dogs and the Tour inspired these two original drawings by Jonathan Machen, an artist residing in Boulder, Colorado.
“Musher” captures the essence of driving your own team of Huskies through the wilderness. “Leaders” captures the personality of Jago and Tamarack, two of the Mountain Paws lead dogs. Tamarack is saying that the break is over...It's time to move on down the trail.
Jonathan states, “My images are inspired by a deep feeling of connection to nature, to people and to landscapes.” www.jonsportraits.com
